Dave+ Larlee presented 7 Church Engines at Living Classroom 2022 and shared ways he used this framework as he began ministry at St. Bartholomew’s in Dallas.

The engines are: Evangelism, Worship, Children, Discipleship, Pastoral, Administration and Staff/Ministry leaders. For each “engine” Dave unpacked the what, how, who as well as what kinds of teams are needed to implement the engine.
